English 420, Business Writing

Hey Guys,

Well this is our current status/Schedule for the rest of this project:

Done:
-Rich has completed his section on the desktop navigation tutorial
-I have completed my section on the email usage tutorial.
-Tom is working to complete his tutorial on Microsoft word
-We each have sent Brad a list of words to include in his tutorial on common computer jargon.

To Do:
-We will need to meet on Tuesday to work on our presentation which is on Wednesday.
-On Tuesday we will also double-check to see if all our booklets are in the same format etc.

I wanted to post my finalized booklet to see what you think. Brad, all the words underlined will need to be defined in your booklet. Sorry for the late post. I tried to send it out in emails, but it was too big.

This week we split up an all worked on our seperate parts for the tutorial packet. Akshay is creating a tutorial on how to acess the internet, and set up an email acount, Brad is doing basic definitions and phrases associated with computers, Rich is creating a document on the basics of a computer, and how to turn on, use a mouse and keyboard etc, and I am showing how to create a letter in microsoft word, and how to attach pictures. We also met with Mark on Thursday and he assesed our progress and we saw a few things that we needed to change.
