Employment ProjectWork Blog #1 (Alex MacGill) My task was to research general information on carpal tunnel. While I was researching this I came across a court case, about a worker complaining of Carpal Tunnel syndrome rendering her incapable of performing her job. After finding this lawsuit I shifted the focus of my research to find various court cases like this one. I find this information pertinent because if we do not solve this problem then the company could be facing similar lawsuits. These are the possible consequences if we do not do anything to change our current policies.
