Emails Reguarding Response Week 1![]() To: Dean’s Office Committee Subject: Suggestions for Ease of Campus Studying Dear Dean’s Office Committee, My name is Nick Price. I am currently a fifth year Senior in the school of CFS. Recently, studying on campus made me realize we have a problem here at Purdue. Because I do much studying in the library at night, it came to my attention that there is far too much noise in Hick’s library. The only way someone might be able to concentrate is by listening to their headphones to block out the surrounding noises.

Reading Response Chapter 27 Email Based![]() To: evanhout@purdue.edu Dear President Van Hout, I am senior here at Purdue and was writing this email in regards to the ever diminishing study conditions on campus. Judging from your platform in the previous election, you understand that there are a variety of problems that exist with the current setup and structure of the studying system. Simply put, there are not enough places on campus to study. This leads to congestion, confusion and over-crowding of the few libraries that we have, especially during tests and finals.

Reading Response for Week 1![]() Subject: Purdue Campus Studying Envrionment Dear Dean’s Office Committee: My name is Jonathan Horine and I am a third year student in Purdue’s College of Science. I am writing you to express my concerns over Purdue’s on-campus studying environment. As a student who has lived off-campus for most of my time here at Purdue, the on-campus studying environment has been a major concern of mine since a student’s home is generally not the most ideal study area due to roommates and neighbors in close quarters.
