English 420, Business Writing

This week, we had our meeting with Mr. Hannah on Wednesday during class time. Our group met about twenty minutes before our meeting and talked about what we needed to do for the rest of the week. We finalized our dates for the project, and if everything goes to plan we should be done with the project by next Sunday.

We finally got a chance to talk to Maisa and she told us the specials for Grand Prix week. I made some flyers to promote the specials and sent them to her via email.

On Monday, we are going to send Maisa a few examples of business cards. Then later in the week, we will go around and find places that make business cards in the area and write up that information and give that to Maisa on Friday. We agreed in our meeting that we will each go to a different copy place and price out the business cards, so that we can give Maisa information about three different places that make business cards.

Then next Sunday, we are going to give Maisa the competitor analysis document. We will go to the Hookah bar and get a menu and find out their peak hours. We are also going to find out their specials and prices, etc. We will put all this information into a word document.

We have not decided what day we want to do our presentation, so we will have to discuss that sometime before class on Wednesday.
