Last Sunday, Natasha, Robert, and I met up in the Hicks Undergraduate Library to discuss and create our proposal to give to Mr. Woolums. Joe was not able to make it because he was in Tennesee. In the proposal, we outlined exactly what we would be doing for him and when we would have the components complete. Mark looked over our proposal in class on Monday and suggested that we change some things and find something else to do for Mr. Woolums in addition to the fliers and mailers. He also suggested a bunch of questions to ask Mr. Woolums the next time we met with him. Most of these questions were about his campaign, his opponents, and other political questions. We took note of some of these questions, but it was really hard to keep up with Mark because he thinks and talks a lot faster than I can process.
Natasha and I met up with Mr. Woolums on Thursday to ask him some questions. We asked him some things about his campaign and the specifics about what he would like on his fliers and mailers such as colors, pictures, slogans, etc. While talking with Mr. Woolums, he suggested that we design a logo that would be used for his campaign. We decided that would be a good idea because it is a good way to brand him in his campaign and we also needed another component to our project.
Joe is making a few changes to our proposal and we will be able to have Mr. Woolums review and sign it when we meet up with him again this Tuesday.
