English 420, Business Writing

This week I went to the Egyptian and we got our timeline approved. Maisa requested that we send all the documents to her via email. I also talked to her about her computer/software knowledge and she said that she is a teacher and is very familiar with all the latest software.

On Wednesday Catherine and I met. We re-wrote the contract and sent it to Josh. Catherine and I made a lunch flyer together and Josh also made one. On our flyer we included all the sandwiches and salads which include a drink. We left the price as # because Maisa was going to set one price for all the sandwiches and salads so that it was not confusing. We also included some pictures on the flyer to make it more attractive. We did the flyer in black and white so Maisa could print a lot of them without paying a lot.

Josh went to the Egyptian and got the contract signed and also showed Maisa the flyer drafts.

This week, we are going to meet to work on the next flyer: the one that promotes the Grand Prix specials. We need to talk to Maisa and see what she is going to offer during that week so we know what to put on the flyer. This week we also have our meeting with Mr. Hannah. We are going to show him the contract and our flyer drafts we have completed thus far.
