We got to work on the service leraning project by looking for a good person to work with. We originally looked into Stadium Bar and Grill but were told that the owner was extremely busy and would not be available very often for this project. Next we went to Insomnia Cookies but were told that they would have to get back to us. After trying Pita Pit we finally tried Villiage Coffee House and the owner was very willing to work with us. He had a couple different ideas for what we could do for him but we ended up deciding on helping him with his campaign for county commisioner of district 2 in Tippecanoe County which includes Purdue University. Robert and I met with him to work out some of the details for the specific things he would like to have done for this. Overall, he gave us a lot of information for making some sort of fliers or possibly signs for front yards. Hopefully we can come up with something that fits what he is looking for.

Yes that night was an adventure, going from place to place. However, I think Village Coffeehouse is a great pick and we will have fun working with Mr. Woolums. I cannot wait to start designing and showing him what we come up with for the fliers and postcards.
