Worklog 6![]() This week we continued to edit our paper. Josh and I met on Wednesday and we all met on Thursday to work on the paper, edit the presentation, and finish the handout. On Wednesday, Josh wrote the introduction and we put our parts together. We also changed the format of the paper and added in subtitles to make it more organized. We included advantages and disadvantages to each option. We did this so if one of the Knight Corporation executives wanted to read the brief introduction to each option and then flip to the advantages and disadvantages, they would be able to get the information about each option quickly. If they were interested in one option over another, they could read the details. It was also a good way to “sum up” each option after they were explained. On Thursday and Friday, I worked on my part of the paper- option three. I added in reasoning that related to Knight Corporation’s profile and changed some of the wording. I changed the cover page logo and added in some text at the bottom. I also looked at the other parts of the paper to see if they were in the same format. Catherine added in advantages, disadvantages, and subtitles to her paper so that it matched the other parts. On Friday, we had our sales presentation. The handout we used stated each option along with the pros and cons for each. We split up the presentation so that each person talked about the option that s/he researched and Josh did the introduction. Today, I looked over the paper and started the project assessment. I am going to email the group and see if they want to make any more changes to the paper and then I will send the paper and print it.
