English 420, Business Writing

This week has been a very challenging week for the white paper project. Our group has barely had a chance to focus on revising for the final draft, this will most likely be looked at more closely later this evening and Monday evening. Most of our interest this week was focused on our presentation. For our multimedia, we decided that a powerpoint presentation would be the best way to present our ideas since the focus of our paper has very little quantifiable information to put into a chart or anything and we have a lot of explanation for our ideas to be presented. I personally took it upon myself to memorize most of our paper in order to handle the questions from the board more easily. I think this allowed our group to handle the questions much more effectively than other groups in class. I also felt it was important to step up a little bit for this presentation after arriving late on the day of our technology presentation.
