English 420, Business Writing

Our team spent the majority of this week both finalizing our White Paper and preparing a proposal for our Service Learning Project. We have decided that we are going to try to work with Hungry's, a newly opened restaurant in the Purdue West shopping center. The manager at Hungry's seemed very happy to work with us, and that gave us confidence that we could develop a good working relationship with their organization. We are meeting today (Sunday,) with the intentions on finishing our White Paper as well as drawing up a contract to sign with the management at Hungry's.

We are looking to design a contract that would allow us to assist Hungry's in learning the best ways to advertise on campus and the correct ways to get approval for that advertising. Hungry's has expressed interest in advertising in the residence halls, the school newspaper, and during some of the campus. While they do not want us to design or distrbute fliers, they would like us to help them learn the proper way in which they should go about gaining approval to advertise.

We are planning on drafting our contract today after we have competed our white paper with the intentions of getting that contract signed tomorrow.
