Research:
In preparation for the upcoming Grand Prix events that are held annually at Purdue University, we would like to help you prepare your advertising campaign for the festivities. For this event there is always a demand for event t-shirts as well as t-shirts for the groups and teams who are entered in the race. For Underground Printing, we want to help develop an advertising brochure that can be used for this event as well as future events that are held at Purdue University.
Goals:
With having other locations in other college towns, we know that Underground Printing has an established reputation for providing great service not only for students and their activities but for faculty as well. With the recent expansion of a store at Purdue we want to make it known to the campus that Underground Printing now has a location here and we feel that Grand Prix is a great way to jumpstart awareness about the company and what it can do.
Deliverables:
The main focus of our work is to provide a professional advertising brochure for Underground Printing, focusing primarily on Grand Prix. On the brochure we want to incorporate the new location of Underground Printing, prices of merchandise as well as any discount rates for Grand Prix, examples of products from Underground Printing’s website, and contact information for the company. We will also design additional brochures that can be updated for future events with out having to change too many aspects of the brochures.
Of the additional brochures we would most likely direct one of them to the faculty of Purdue. This will be most beneficial for the departments and groups that these faculty members are advisors for.
Research still need to be done:
-How they want the layout of the brochure to be.
-How many brochures do we want to make, and how they will be advertised.
-How many days in advance do they want the advertisings done before Grand Prix.
-Research lists of faculty members that are in organizations
Timeline:
Since Grand Prix is April 19th we need to get the first brochure done relatively soon so as to maximize the time that the advertising can be circulated before the event starts, and to give ample time to get orders done in time for the week of Grand Prix.
