Greg Braun- week 4 work entry

The week before Spring Break was a busy one for the technology team. We gave our presentation on Movie Maker on Monday, which went well. We really got a good grasp on the program in our group meetings and were able to run through the presentation just as we had practiced it. After we gave the presentation we switched our focus back to the white paper and worked really hard to complete the rough draft for Friday. Everyone in the team did a good job getting their individual parts completed which allowed us to work on piecing the paper together on Wednesday.
We used the class session on Wednesday to get the paper in order to turn in on Friday. The hardest part of completing the rough draft was to get everyone's section of writing to flow with the other sections. By using class time and about an hour after class was over we were able to get the paper in good order and make sure that we made each section work well with the other sections. While Nathan and myself were working on the proof reading of the paper, Adam and Nick were looking into some possible design aspects to format the final paper in. Altough we have not yet decided on the final design for the paper, we should be able to decide relatively quickly on a design this week.
Our first priority of this week is to decide on how we are going to design the paper as well as continuing making corrections in the writing. We will also need to look at the comments that Mr. Hannah made on our rough draft and decide how to change the paper accordingly.

I think we did work well

I think we did work well together last week. We defiantly should try to make some improvements on the design of the paper. We should try to add some graphics and pull out critical quotes. Also we might just be able to make the body a little more pleasing in terms of layout. I think we are also going to do peer evaluations with other groups to get some more comments on our writing. We also need to focus on our upcoming presentation about our whitepaper.
