Our group spent the week before spring break working on composing the actually white paper in order to turn it in on the friday before spring break. We split the paper into four parts, Steve took the introduction and our first point, Tae took the conclusion and Matt and I took the other two. I wrote my section focusing on improving the workers we already have. I discussed seminars, workshops, and benefits to improve the work. I am trying to come up with a few ways to illustrate what I was saying as well. I was really confused on how to actually write the paper, and I look forward to the feedback.

As far as the actual week, on Monday we had our technology presentation, I think it went very well. We committed to having our rough drafts completed by Wednesday so that we could put the whole paper together. We spent Wednesday discussing what else we need to do for the paper. Friday we turned the White Paper in.

This week I plan on researching some more about management improvement seminars and classes. I also plan on making some sort of chart for our pay raise system.

Comment on the workblog

Although we were running short on time, I also thought our technology presentation went very well. I think we discussed all the main points of Adobe InDesign. In addition, I think our rough draft was pretty well written and with some feedbacks and further researches, we will be able to perfect it. Let's keep it up!
