My section of the white paper

let me preface this by saying this was the hardest writing assignment I have ever completed. I only had two sources because I did not know if I needed to site the ideas we had about performance evaluations. It needs a lot of work, but this is what I came up with.

I think your paper is well written for like a research paper type. Once again, I also have lack of knowledge on white papers, so I have no idea if it is good or bad white paper. And the ideas are not proposed by me, so I think Steve or Matt has to take a look at it and see if their ideas are fully included in your paper. For me, it looks good for a rough draft. I found some parts where we can add some images and stuff. Like Mr. Hannah said, we should focus on telling them the equal amount of pros and cons and make the company make the final decision. I think all we need to do is act neutral (or slightly favor one side) and just provide best three options/solutions that are needed. If we keep that, we should be fine. Good work!
