Work Blog 2![]() I am having difficulty locating insurance costs for the providers. I have looked around, and the problem that I am having is that to see the cost, you need to be a part of the business. They are also saying that they only want serious requests. I will continue to look around for information on the costs of insurance from Humana, Blue Cross, and Aetna. I have not had a whole lot of time to spend on it this weekend because I was gone a lot, but I have spent a couple hours researching and have not found much. I will continue my search through the beginning of this week to try to find some costs. I have found some feedback about the insurance companies. In my search, I did find this website: www.ncsl.org/programs/health/smallbusiness.htm Some of the information on the right hand side of the page might be helpful trying to show the company that it is alright to have the employees help pay the premiums. For our presentation on InDesign, I have found some information about the types of things it is used for and the types of things you can do with it. I just need to know how long this portion of the presentation needs to be.

Week 2 response
I think it will be hard to compare costs like you said. However, if you can continue to search on customer and employer satisfaction that would be helpful. Then we could say how consumer friendly and how easy it is to work with the various companies.
For the Indesign presentation, we have come up with a handout for everyone and on the top have listed the various things you can do with Indesign. So you will be able to read from this and if there is anything else you can come up with on your own you can say that too. I imagine your part will be short because the demonstration will take the majority of the time.

None of us have been able to come up with exact costs, so we will just have to leave that part out. I agree with Jamie in that it would be good to continue to research and find costumer satisfaction articles if possible.
