Distant
I couldn't find a picture of myself that looked like this. I believe this represents my introspective nature.

What Has Molded Me
I chose this picture because as I was growing up my mom was a single parent. My dad wasn’t around and I was hurt by this growing up .I learned that divorces are a normal thing in life. But being young I couldn't really understand it. I chose this image because like me, Christina Aguilera grew up in a single parent home. She has become a role model to me because of this. Not having my dad around forced me to develop independence within myself. I also became really involved in school trying to work hard to be successful to make my mom proud. Like Aguilera mentioned in her quote, I felt like I had to grow up quicker as well. Because she went through a similar situation to me , I respect her. I also respect the fact that she is very successful.

Identity Image
I chose this picture and this quote because it really is who I am. I just like the picture, but the paper is about the effects my relationship with my boyfriend, Kyle, has had on who I am as a person. I really like the quote as well. It reads: "Tell me who admires and loves you, And I will tell you who you are." by Charles Augustin Sainte-Beuve. I think that my relationship has greatly changed me as a person.

The Best Present to yourself...being in the Present.
This is a picture that my friend took of me last year. When this picture was taken, my cigarette smoke was exploding with color (do to the way the sun was hitting it). It was absolutly beautiful. I decided to choose this picture because I thought it capture myself being "there in the moment" really well. I believe being aware of what is going on in the present is an extremely important aspect of life. Part of my spirituality is based on this. I thought the quote by Buddha gave the picture a little bit more of an explination.

Keep Moving Forward!
The little trains kept moving forward, just like life, regardless if it has two passengers on board, or thirty. Despite of the conflicts or successes we experience, life moves on.
This picture was taken during the summer vacation 2 years ago when my family was invited to test ride the new set of mini trains put together by our family friend and his partners.

Friends are a part of my identity
Friends are an irreplaceable part of my life. Whenever I need any help, first of all i seek my friends. Whenever they need any help, I am always ready to help.
When we stand together, we can accomplish anything.
The picture was taken during the paintball competition, where our team won.

My Friends!
Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.
-- G. Randolf.
I chose this picture do that fact that through all that I've been through in life, nothing will ever compare to your friends. Through thick and thin, true friends will stick with you until the end and then some. My friends stuck with me the whole time even though they were part of the group that I hurt. Through it all I learned the meaning of true friends and would not trade the world for the friends that I have now.

The early years with my grandparents established my identity and made me who I am today.
This is a picture with Me, my grandmother, my sister Gabrielle, and my grandfather. It was taken around the time I was five or six. I used this picture and my quote to show how I value my family among other things and how I learned a lot about my identity with my grandparents.

This was made using Daz Studio. It represents just a hint of what we saw while we were imagining these adventures.
