ENGL 420: Business Writing

This week has been very very busy, which has made finding time to get together and complete our project difficult. We knew this would happen and planned ahead accordingly, so getting our individual writing sections compiled and the document designed as a whole went relatively smoothly. I was unable to meet with Kevin and David Thursday evening until very late because of a speaking engagement. It turned out that they met and got a portion of the work done, and then I told them to go home and go bed and assured them that I would finish it and bring it to class.

This week we completed was the first time that our team put our individual sections together to complete the entire rough draft. However, each of our individual sections has been under construction for some time.

Individually, I completed the solutions section of the paper. Luckily, it flowed well with the executive summary and introduction without many changes. Also, when we got together I helped with the overall flow of the white paper as well as critiquing the other group member’s writing contributions.

This week we have finally finished the rough draft of our white paper. Although we have done the designing part of our work the Thursday before it is due, I believe we have a solid white paper.
