White Paper Project Logs

The paper is done

The white paper is finally done. I am very satisfied with the final product of the paper. The design aspect of this assignment was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. The most work I did for this paper was the template. I also did the final check of the paper for grammar errors. Overall I felt that the paper went very well, and I am ready to get to Panama City so I can enjoy the break.

Group 11: Project Log Week 9

I am happy to say that we are finished with the white paper and I was able to turn it in today. This week was a tough one where we really had to come together and do our final editing and revisions. We worked very well as a team and when it came to crunch time, everyone did their part. Most of editing was done by Lauren and the final revisions on the formatting was done by me. I also printed the color copy version of our document and got got it bounded at a printing store. Although the majority of our project is complete, we still have to work on our presentation.

White Paper finished!!!

Team # 9 Work Blog: Andrea Venditti (White Paper Completed!)

I am so happy that the White Paper is finally finished! We all worked very well together, and I learned a lot about group collaboration by experiencing many situations of disagreement and compromise. All of these situations, however, helped to make our White Paper the best it could possibly be.

Group #11: Project Log 9

This week our group did a very nice job of collaborating to finish our white paper. I revamped my draft and turned it in to Lauren for editing on Wednesday. She edited the rest of the paper, then sent it to Filip for the final touches. We definitely did a nice job of communication throughout this process. I felt like we always knew exactly what the plan was at all times. This made the project run very smoothly for our group. Thankfully, Eric and Filip did a fantastic job with the creative aspect of the paper.

Fortunately our group assembled so many times throughout the past couple weeks. This allowed us to complete our project on Wednesday and at the same time, acknowledge the advice and recommendations that were provided by our fellow students. As I look back at this experience and group I was a part of, I realize that we were a very responsible and efficient group. From the very beginning, our group met at least once a week. Starting this habit at the very beginning of the project made it easy to work on the project.

Project Log Team 6 Week 9

This week we turned in our white paper. We had a little bit of difficultly due to myself being away and I'm in charge of putting everything together. We didn't need to meet this week because we had everything finished except for grammar and minor fixes. All of these small fixes were able to be done electronically. I have gathered all the charts, figures and graphs together for our powerpoint, which we will be working on during break, since we present on the Monday we get back.

Project Log Week 9: The Final Countdown

Well, it took a lot of work from all of us, but the project has come together. I felt bad for missing a group meeting on Sunday night, as well as class the next morning, but illness had kept me from doing anything but preying to the porcelain god the majority of the time. I have to give props to the group for getting the stuff all worked out for peer reviews. Seems like they all worked together well and by Wed. I was finally able to help out.

Peace,
ZD

This week, our team finally finished the final copy of our white paper. As a whole, it took a great amount of effort to come together as a group in order to create a finished, polished product. Each individual had to put forth effort in order to create a quality product. Whether it was writing and grammar, or visual design, each group member played an essential role in the creation of this white paper.

Week 9 Blog

We did the remaining editing to our paper tonight (3/6) and are satisfied with our final draft that we are going to turn in tomorrow. This week I was unable to attend a group meeting because of a conflict with my work schedule, but I was able to still meet up with Justin in the library last night (3/5) and we got some editing done then. I feel that as a group we have been able to work well. All our meetings have all been consistently about 2 hours and we are able to get a lot done in the meetings.
