ENGL 420: Business Writing

Our team so far is doing very well. We have turned in our memo and are in the process of completing our outline. Some of the progress has slowed a bit because of conflicting schedules but we are still on time with our assignment. Right now we have divided the group by labor.

My job is to do the research for the background information. I have many book , article, and encyclopedia information. I will need to get more sources from professionals. We are in the early stage of constructing a draft for the paper. But I think it will be great.

Our group right now is getting into the middle part of the project and getting more of an idea of the exact way we are going to write it. We have had one major meeting so far, and we would have had another one this week but there were a couple of major tests that put a damper on our meeting times. This didn't slow us down at all because we have been using the Google Docs utility, and we all enjoy the convenience and capabilities it provides. We have worked on the outline and put it together using Google Docs and that worked really well for us.

Our project status is now in the middle stage. We have done research and have now come up with an outline of what we are going to say. We have finally achieved the skeleton of our project and are ready to fill it in with flesh and meat. For this project I have mostly been the organizer and the guy who puts the papers together to make them into one coherent piece. I have also done some of the problem section of our paper explaining the problem that health insurance is causing. Jennifer has researched the wrote about the background of heath insurance.
