Team 5 Week 6

So far I think our group is working well together. We are having some trouble coming up with three solutions that could not all be applied at once to our problem. This past weekend though all of our jobs were to think about solutions that are equal to one another. The topic we chose of how to make Purdue more Eco-friendly has been challenging. This is because we have to think of way of coming up with equal solutions. We have come up with a back-up plan of just limiting to recycling at Purdue. I think this will turn out to be the best.

Our team has had a fairly rocky start regarding the topic of the White Paper Project. We did not know that the solutions within a White Paper Project had to be equitable in cost and effort. We also did not understand that the solutions could not overlap. When I say overlap, I mean multiple solutions could be implemented. Fortunately, our team consist of smart, creative members that noticed the problem and reacted in a proactive manner.

Our group is working well so far. We are having a little trouble coming up with three solutions that could not all be applied at once to our problem. The topic we chose of making Purdue more Eco-friendly is proving to be challenging in the way of coming up with equal solutions. We have come up with a back-up plan of just limiting to recycling at Purdue. My specific job in the group so far has been to work on the memo. I helped draft the first and second versions. I have also done a little research already to find reliable sources to use in our white paper.
