After doing some preliminary research, I have found to organizations that will be good clients for our service learning project. The first would be to continue with our White Paper and work with Almost Home Humane Society. The main thing that I would like to work on them with is the adoption awareness program. This could be anywhere from making brochures and fliers to making better adoption kits. This will all depend on what the humane society is looking for.

The second client that I thought about working for is Purdue’s Student Wellness Office. The Wellness Office is always running advertisements on communicable diseases and the adverse effects of underage and binge drinking. These advertisements aren’t always the most attention grabbing or pleasing to the eye. My group could work on adding more advertisements that will get students attention. We could also make handouts about the effects of binge drinking to pass out to freshman when they move into West Lafayette.
