It is relieving to be finished with the White Paper because we have worked so hard over the past few weeks. Overall, it was a fun project to do for myself because the topic was very intriguing. I am looking forward to our final paper, the Service Learning Project. I thought that our group could use the topic from our White Paper project for this upcoming one, but I soon realized it wouldn’t be that easy. I now know that we will probably have to go out on a limb and find an organization or business that has nothing to do with Wal-Mart. I don’t really mind taking a whole different approach to this new project because I feel that it will be nice to have a new change of pace. Starting out fresh with a new area of concentration should benefit our group, because we will have a whole new topic to start researching on. I plan on finding an organization in the Journal and Courier website, because I am not really familiar with the area and its different organizations. I believe that the hardest part of this project will be contacting and working with the business/organization that we choose. It will be important to communicate well with our client and ensure them we are working hard. I like to be creative, so I hope that my group’s client wants to create some kind of marketing based project. I believe this project will take a lot of time and effort because of the constant communication and work that has to be done. Before choosing a possible client, I feel that it will be important to discuss the possible choices with my group members in order to make sure everyone agrees and is on the same page. Overall, I am excited to begin working on this project, and hope I can finish out the semester strong.
