There isn’t much to comment for this reading response in terms of content so I suppose I’ll comment on how I feel about the upcoming project. I’m actually pretty excited about it because it will be something that’s real-world and will give me actual experience in working with a company as opposed to having us simply write a few more papers to kill time for the next few weeks. I’ve already got a few small companies in mind that I’d like to consider for doing something related to marketing. Although maybe I didn’t read it thoroughly enough, I’m still a bit confused on how long this is supposed to be and the format, but since we’re supposed to discuss that in further detail later, I’ll wait until then. I’m just concerned because even though we are Purdue students and all in the advanced stages of our degrees, a lot of companies may consider us to immature or inexperienced to do anything for their company. However, I think any company that’s willing to accept our group must be open minded and willing to take advice so if we can found a company within these guidelines, we should be fine.
