This week we did not have any assigned readings, but we did do a lot of peer reviewing that turned out to be quite beneficial. I think that the peer review process is a great idea that gives everyone insightful feedback and leads to well-written papers. From the peer review process every group is able to gain a lot of knowledge. They are able to look at examples of papers that their classmates are doing and maybe use some of the ideas in their own paper.

The feedback that groups receive is also very beneficial. They are able to get unbiased feedback from someone else who is doing the same project. The reviewer can point out things that could make the paper more appealing. They could also give ideas that a group may have never thought about before. Reviewers can also point our mistakes, whether design or grammar, that the group may have never noticed before. Overall the reviewer(s) are able to give an opinion that groups can use to change and edit their paper. I think that we should continue to do the peer review sessions, but at the end of the session the reviewers should have to talk to the person or group, and tell them exactly what they think should be changed.
