The white paper is now complete. This week was a little hectic getting everything together and finalizing the whole project. Everyone completed their sections of the paper. We met on Thursday to make everything look similar and agree on the final layout. We added a decent number of graphs, all of which are self explaining, and we decided which bits of text needed to be emphasized. I am glad this project is over. I enjoyed designing the paper and laying everything out, but getting the information together was not an enjoyable experience. I wish we would have initially set some deadlines for the whole project so it would not have come down to the afternoon before the due date to finalize everything. We had all the text about a week ago, but this week we were busy matching up citations, making the paper look as though it had one general theme, and adding graphs that support the text. Adding the graphs at the end was somewhat frustrating. With Microsoft Publisher you need to layout several pages to get the text looking correct. Once you add an image and crunch the text only slightly, it seems that things get out of control and you have to go through and realign all the text, and add more pages and text boxes.
