There are only a few days left until our final White Paper is due and our group is definitely on top of things and has been since day one. Our White Paper rough draft is going through the peer review and critiquing process, which is proving to be beneficial to the creation of the final White Paper we will turn in Friday. Our group is working very closely to make any changes and put the final touches on our paper. As mentioned above we are taking the peer reviews very seriously and making the appropriate changes that our classmates and teacher have suggested. Today in class our team worked together to look over two other teams White Papers and completed Peer Review sheets for them to use when writing their final paper. Our group at this point in time is not scheduled to meet outside of class at all this week, but is still keeping in close contact throughout the day to make sure the paper and all the changes are going smoothly. I am personally responsible for making the suggested changes to my portion of the paper (solution #3) and adding any additional charts, graphs or information to my section. Each group member is doing the same thing I am doing, but for their own part. Our group is really utilizing and taking advantage of our class time together to discuss any changes we want to make and the progress of the paper. Our group also didn't have enough time to complete the Peer Review Sheets for the other groups today so we are finishing them electronically and will have them to those groups in class on Wednesday. We have all made it very clear that checking your Webmail and Google docs is vital at this point in the project because time is limited. We are the first group to present, Monday after spring break, so our group is also starting to plan out our presentation. Tara has decided to start working on the Power Point in which we plan to use during our presentation. Wednesday we plan to discuss meeting outside of class to complete our presentation and rehearse. Tim is not going anywhere for spring break so he offered to turn in our final White Paper Friday in class, which we all appreciate very much. So far everything is going smoothly.
