So far we’ve managed to progress along nicely for this project. We’ve made up our mind on which organization we want to contact which is Purdue Innovations. John contacted them on Wednesday and so far they seem very excited to work with us. All our meetings were conducted in class this week, but due to the different schedules of everyone some things like the Gant chart and the proposal draft have to be done outside of class. We’re going to try to meet on Monday outside of class to come up with ideas on how to effectively advertise and find out which members of what groups will be interested in our organization. We won’t actually be communicating with any of these people right now, we’ll just be evaluating if they would be interested in our group and recording that data for future reference. So far we have a general schedule for completing things, but due to everyone’s jobs and other school work it may be difficult to keep. Nevertheless, due to our short amount of time to start on this, we’re going to try to meet as much as we can to brainstorm ideas and decide who to survey to narrow down our choices of who to advertise to.
