Since last week we have met three times. The first meeting was to contact the Immediate Task President of The Banks of the Wabash to insure we could collaborate with them for our project. He was very excited about working with us on the project.
Our second meeting was going to his offices in the Horticulture building on campus to go over details on the project. The meeting lasted for over an hour, which we spent discussing possible options for the project. He actually helped give us some ideas on what they would like us to do for them for the project too. We are most likely going to use one of his proposals.
Today was our third meeting since our last blog. We met in the DLC. During the meeting we first worked on revising our White Paper project. After we made our revisions, we finished our next group deliverable, the proposal.
Individually there was not a lot to do this week, because we were able to get a lot done as a group. Nate contacted our client and set up our meetings with him. He also had some in depth conversations about the project with our client. Justin T. set up the meetings and led the discussion with our client at the meeting. Steve made sure that we got the work done that we needed to at the meetings and made sure that everyone was doing their part for the project. Justin H. put together the blog for the week.
For next week we plan to turn in our proposal at the beginning of the week and get feedback. We then plan to give the proposal to our client and get started on the main part of the project.
