This weeks reading assisted in creating our memo. It was helpful to have direction in recognizing how it need to be structured. It also made it easier for us to divide up the work of creating the memo and presenting our ideas in a collective and thoughtful manner.

The powerpoint also offered some very good advise on what needs to be in a proposal. I did have to chuckle about the powerpoint. In learning how to create a Powerpoint presentation that is effective and used wisely we learned that the design, layout and content are important. We also learned that we should not cram sentences into slides. Sorry, but I notice these things.
