Pre-Conference Worksheet
Sat, 01/19/2008 - 20:26 — aderosaNow attached in the "Projects" section is the "Pre-Conference Worksheet." As I said in class, the conference times are for you, not for me. Please come to your conference prepared with a printed copy of this worksheet filled out. Because this will be our first week of conferences, our conferences will probably revolve around your goals and concerns for the semester. You will need to print and fill out one of these sheets for every conference you come to.

This website will provide you with a bevy of resources for the class from the syllabus and paper topics to readings and supplemental material.
As stated in class, this course is designed with a particular theme in mind: the Cold War. The course is not a history class, nor is it grounded in literary or film studies even though our primary resources will be pulled from these three areas. In other words, you will not need an extensive knowledge of the time period or these approaches to succeed in the class.
