Our white paper project had some tough times getting started, but once we got the ball rolling it seemed to go well. The draft was quite elegant, and it really shone in terms of document design. I think the content was quite good, but it could have used some further work. First of all, we didn't make it cohesive enough, you could tell that four people each wrote a major section.

 Cleaning up the document was the most important step for our revision. The document needed to tell a complete story, which we've gotten it to do quite well. Of course, in order to do this step, we had to grit our teeth and change other's work. Moving around sections and deleting things that didn't fit saved the day.
