Nick, it looks good. Thank you. Two minor things:
1. The RFA 2008 cite has two different articles. We need to distinguish between which one is being used.
2. I talked to Jason about the pictures. We need to cite where we got them in the works cited and we need to put a condensed version of their website near the picture in the paper.

I don't know if the rough draft is graded or not. I know we have lost points on the proposal and the annotated bibliography, so it is possible.
