Stephanie Black’s “Life + Debt” brought a new rise to previous arguments I have heard in the past. As an American, I have heard that so many people hate me and my country for the reason I thought was strictly caused by jealousy. Although the word “greed” has been associated with the American society before, the reasoning I understood from this statement was mainly because we were not willing to give up what we have worked so hard to earn. Of course some of these accusations would come from some of our own actions, for money must come from somewhere.
