So I probably should have posted this as a reply to Lars' post, but I need affirmation and wanted people to read this. Smiling

I just wanted to share something with you I came to on the Web (and now can't remember how I got there). I think this looks like a really great tool for both instructors and students to use in the examination of rhetorical strategies used in video. It's called Video Doodling.

There's a great demonstration/tutorial given by the gentleman in the upper left box remarking on visual rhetorical strategies using a Wile E Coyote cartoon. What more could you want?

Have you guys heard of/used this program before? I'd be interested in hearing your stories.

Yes, but...

You're totally right- this is the type of interactive program that could affect classroom pedagogy. But I think of this as a computer technology, not a video thing.
