Finals

So is there anyone who is really motivated to study? I kindof am, but I don't have a final until Wednesday. I have two Wednesday, one Thursday, and one Saturday morning. I won't be going home until Sunday. And so because I don't have finals for a couple days, I keep putting off studying and instead doing fun stuff or just chilling. It's kind of nice. My parents are stopping by today to give me some boxes to start packing. Tomorrow for sure I'll start studying.
I don't know about you all, but I am definitely a packrat type of girl. It's not horrible, but I definitely have a bunch of crap. I can't wait to clean everything up, throw stuff away and reorganize it. Next year I am for sure not bringing as much stuff. I don't want my room to be as cluttered. My room next year will be bigger than mine this year, but I still think it will be too small to allow it to be messy.
I also don't know that I'm that excited to go home. I miss my family and friends, but I'm really going to miss my friends here and just life in general here. I've had a really good year and especially this last semester my friendships have been really great. I'm really going to miss Purdue! But I've got to go home and earn money so I can come back! lol
Thank you all for a great English class, good luck over the summer, God bless you all!

FInals, moving out, getting a job, geez

I don't really have any motivation to study. I just really want to take my finals and do well, and then just move out and go home. I kind of miss home a little bit, and I really just want to go get a job and work for a few months. Hopefully summer will be nice and I can catch a few Red's games in Cincinnati this break. I love catching the Red's games, especially when my Yanks play for a few games. But I need to focus on tightening up this project and STUDY for finals, because I know I need to do well on all of them. Thanks for the great English class, and I will never forget you guys. Have a great summer and good luck to all of you the rest of your years here at Purdue or anywhere else you may go.

NO MOTIVATION TO STUDY

SPRING FEVER!!! massively, I just want to get out of here...My brain has melted so much from sttudying today, that I actually somehow added 1 + 2 and got 54 and my numbers were really messed up on this one chem problem for that but it took me about 15 minutes to realize that I had written that...my brain has literally melted, and on top of that I have to finish up English

oh and I've accumulated way too much junk this year...AAAHH!!!!

my brain is just screaming....it's not even coherent anymore

Well I am home this weekend

Well I am home this weekend and I brought home pretty much everything in my dorm room but of course I'm not studying. I don't know why I ever think I will. I really need to but I don't have finals until next Wednesday anyway. I was tempted to just stay home til then but I want to go to some study sessions. Plus I'll be so much more motivated once I get up there. I just want finals to be over. After that, my dad and I are going to Florida on a business trip thing for him and I can't wait!! We're leaving on Friday and we'll be gone til Wednesday. Then I have to drive back to Lafayette and pick up my mare and take her home for the summer. I will actually have time to ride this summer!! Finals are just the last thing that's in the way of my vacation.

Going Home

Well I have 1 final each day monday through thursday. My chem final is monday, and I don't think I have studied enough. Oh well, I am hoping it is not to extremely difficult. I may just as well skip the tuesday final (bio lab) because regardless of what I get, I will still get a B. This is fine by me, and it gives me a day to pack. I get to leave Thursday, and I just can not wait. I am pulling a straight B semester, at least thats what I am hoping for... a big drop from my 4.0 last semester. I worked my ass of last semester in hopes of a scholarship. However, Purdue only offers 2 scholarships for BioChem, so I did not get one. I guess that got me a little less motivated. And the bigger reason: I brought my car here for this semester. Whatever, time to study for chem. Everyone, Good Luck on your finals, and have a fun summer.

Yeah, I too have no

Yeah, I too have no motivation to study. Here it is 11:00 and I have 2 finals tomorrow. They shouldn't be too bad, but I feel like I probably should have studied more than I did for them. I am just ready to get home and be done with school for the year. I also just about forgot to post my last blog for this class, considering it is almost 11:00 PM.
For the final presentations...
I thought everyone did a great job on them and I think they were very imformative and interesting.
I really liked Allison's long distance relationship topic. It just really surprised me how they have dates online with the webcams and everything. I really don't know what we would do without technology in today's world.
Amber's topic about women golfers also took me by surprise. I knew that women golfers are not as televised as men but I guess I just didn't realize they are paid so much less too.
I liked the topics about the soldiers in Iraq too. I liked how we saw two different perspectives. Austen talked about the before and after affects of a soldier, and Joey talked about mostly fighting on the battlefield. I really like hearing the differences in both of these situations.
The topic about the frats also interested me. I thought Kayla, Rob, Ashley and Kelsey did a great job with their power point presentation.

Great job with picking the topics everyone! They all kept me interested!

I hope everyone has a great summer and good luck next year!!!
