First of all 2058 just looks like a weird number. I am not ready to have to write April 16, 2058 down on paper. Just thinking about it freaks me out. I wonder if we will have flying cars by then? Or if we will have robots. I guess with one would be really cool. It will be cool to have new technology and have the IPOD be out dated, like the cassette tape is today. Oh how awesome! Well fifty years from now, I sure won't be at Purdue anymore. I will, however, hopefully have a degree, and teaching at some high school, although I may be retired in 50 years. Hmm, it is a crazy thought. I will be 69 in fifty years, almost 70. That is such a crazy thought, because I know it is going to go by really fast! In fifty year I will have children of my own and a loving husband. I hope to have a nice home and maybe even grandkids. I love children and having grandchildren will be such a blessing for sure. I know 50 years from this exact date, I hope I am sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair, next to my husband, waiting for the grandkids to get out of school for the summer so we can play. I am excited about my future for sure. But I hate to bring a downer to this 50 years from now party, but I dont like to think about 50 years from now, because chances are I won't have parents anymore. How crazy. I am not sure I can handle that, even though, I know one day I will have to handle that but uhh chills weird, for sure! I am done thinking about my future, I know its taken care of, and all will be well, thanks to God of course!
