blog topic...I know, kinda late

Sorry I wasn't able to get this up earlier, my internet has been down in my dorm room due to some complications between my roommate and myself, no big deal however. The topic that I've chosen this week stems from a question posed in my psychology class. If there was something you wanted to do, absolutely anything without any chance of being caught/ in trouble with the law... what would it be? If you do respond to this I'll tell you a percentage of what people would do, it's actually quite funny. Personally if it were me I know I'd go and rob a bank or personally something I've always wanted to do...go and poop in the display toilets at Menard's or Lowe's or sometplace like that. Let me know what you guys think about it.

Um... Perhaps Kidnapping?

HAHA Well first of all I think that this is by far one of the funniest blog topics I've seen. Second of all I really like the fact that you would want to poop in the display toilets at Menard's or Lowe's. That is pretty great. I'm not going to lie. Side note: did you watch the Jackass movie where they actually did that? It is pretty disgusting but I mean, I laughed. If I could do anything and not get in trouble with the law... That is interesting. Money is cool, so robbing a bank would be fun. Or stealing like a sweet car would be cool too. I'd like to break into the mall at light midnight and steal a bunch of clothes. Or break into a jewelry store and steal all the jewelry. That would be cool. I KNOW! haha I would kidnap Shia Labeouf and have him hang out with me for a few hours. Harmless I wouldn't keep him for a week or anything. However, I would like to at least hang out with him for a little while. haha Man I think I came up with too many ideas for my own good. I feel bad now, but its not like I'm actually going to go and do any of the ideas right?! Anyways, Kudos for the good topic. It made me smile and chuckle slightly.

wow

You could probably learn a lot of really messed up things about people based on their responses to this question. Like that thing with the toilets, you realize how screwed up that is, right? Sadly, I don't think I'm much different.

Anyway, the first thing I would do if I had no chance of being caught or punished is go up to Carlos Mencia and punch him right in the face. I would die a happy man if I could just do that.

hmmm

Hmmm. I would probably go to a Dodge Dealership and take the new 600 Horsepower Viper Coupe for a drive. I would prefer the car to be in Venom Red or Snake Skin Green, but any color would do. I would then go for a very nice joy ride, since speed limits would not apply. I would just need to find a long enough road to reach 200mph. Since we are in Indiana though, that should not be too difficult. Yea, I think the biggest problem I have with the law are the 55mph speed limits on the highway (in Illinois). Cars have become much safer since 1950, and the roads are now much better, but yet they still implement the 55mph limit. And the 45mph road construction traps are even worse. Not one person or machine is to be seen, yet they still decide on starting the 45mph limit 5 miles before the construction. This is going off topic here, but I remember reading an article, I think it was in Car and Driver, that talked about this. There was really only 1 roadside death in the past 20 years due to driver error. Yet the state lists hundreds of accidents. This is because the state lists accidents that have occurred on the construction site, like for example getting hit by a cement truck or bulldozer. The real incentive to the 45mph construction site speed limit is not safety of the workers, but hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. So if I had the chance to break any rule, speed limits would be the first, and I do not mean just 10mph over.

Haha, I'm glad you guys like

Haha, I'm glad you guys like my blog topic for the week. I actually DID see the jackass movie where they poop in the toilets. And I've also changed my mind on what I'd like to do where I to have the aforementioned chance. I'd probably just change Bill Gate's will so that everything he has would be left to me and then just have him taken out of the picture. I'd never have to work again and I could sit on my ass and do whatever I wanted to do. I really wonder what it's like to be that rich? Also I dig the stealing of the Dodge Viper, excellent choice in cars. Personally I'd have to go with a bugatti veyron or something like that, or my personal favorite the '67 Shelby GT500. just a thought.

crazy, sillly = THE BEST

Hmm… this is a hard one. It’s pretty hard for me to think of anything I would do because I am pretty sure I would regret it and that terrible feeling of knowing you did something wrong—whether you get caught or not—ALWAYS creeps up on me, so my first response to this would be to do nothing.

BUT… if I did actually did work up the drive to do it, knowing there would be absolutely no way I would get caught I would probably do a couple things.

1. I would break into a mattress store, take my shoes off, and jump on ALL the beds with my socks on. It would be awesome.

2. I would break into the Mall of America (which is a pretty sweet place for those of you not fortunate enough to be from Minnesota!) and, ideally all the stores would be open, and I would run around the whole place trying on different outfits and riding the rides and eating the food. Again, an awesome scenario.

P.S. I just want to say that they ONLY way I would do these things would probably be if my best friend Rachel was with me—being crazy is not nearly as fun by yourself—it’s insanely awesome friends that make unforgettable memories worthwhile. Smiling

Well, when I first thought

Well, when I first thought about this, I thought I wouldn't do anything. Well, maybe just drive a little over the speed limit. I thought I wouldn't want to do anything because laws are in place for a reason. They protect people from other people. Any law I might want to break, like stealing something, I wouldn't really want to do because It would be immoral.

Then I got to thinking that, in many countries, laws aren't made for peoples protection. If I could do so without fear of being caught, I would kidnap and imprison leaders of foreign countries that violate human rights and replace them with leaders that would build a fair democracy.

I know that really stretches the idea for this topic but that's what I would do. That said, I'm not going to lie, I'm not perfect. I would probably find a few laws in America that don't violate my sense of morality that I might break, but I can't think of any right now.
