John Krasinski is a very cute man...

I mean, he is, really. But more than that, John Krasinski makes a fabulous Jim Halpert on The Office. Which technically, it is a documentary, though I suppose I would label it as a mockumentary. Either way, though, it is really a fabulous show. I really enjoy the way that it is the camera works. Obviously, it follows day-to-day movement of a failing branch of a paper company, led by a crazy boss. However, I love that each individual has their own separate space in which they are shot in action, and then also in the conference room. For example, Michael, the boss, is almost always filmed in his office, sitting behind his desk. It gives him the illusion of power. As everyone that watches the show knows, Michael Scott is absolutely worthless as a boss. However, in an attempt to establish him as a leader, he is always filmed with a barrier between him and the camera. This serves to illustrate that Michael is separate from the rest of the group, because he is the boss, which is an obstacle that Michael is always trying to overcome. He would love to be loved by the entire office. Then there's Pam. She's almost always shown behind her desk, hidden by the candy dish. She's the power behind the entire office, but she is hidden behind her career and her quiet nature. She is always dressed demurely, with her hair pulled half-back, and she sits quietly without any attention. While I would love to analyze every character on this show, there simply isn't time, so I'll just finish up with Jim. Jim is always at his desk in the center of the office. He is always leaning back and doing everything but work, yet he's the most intelligent and efficient one in the office. He holds the entire show together, from his relationship with Pam to him teasing Dwight. While the show is portrayed as a show about the office and its crazy boss, Michael Scott, the show is truly centered around Jim Halpert. Any thoughts?

im just saying.

All I know is that second to Dwight, Jim is my favorite character from The Office. The only reason I like Dwight is because he makes me laugh, a lot. However, Jim is the start of the laughter because he picks on Dwight. Jim is a very attractive man, this I know. He was actually the background on my computer for a long time. The show itself is really amazing, and I love it. I actually left a kind of church service to watch the first episode of the season this year.
