Well.. my topic mixed with some rambling and something about "This I Believe"

Well first of all I like to say that I actually like the "This I Believe” project. I think that it is a great way to express yourself in a whole new way and it really does have an outside purpose, or it can. My topic is basically, live each day to the fullest, and tell the people that mean the most to you in this world that you love them. It’s a hard topic for me to write about in a sense that I am to dig deep personally and pretty much open up to the entire class. The paper as a whole will be emotional for me, which I really dislike, I’m not one for having a sappy pitty party paper, but it is definitely a belief that I live be every day. It is important to me because not only in a sad way can this apply, but in a very fun way too. I know plenty of times when I have pushed homework aside and have told myself that I would get to it later. Well later comes, usually the next day, and I run out of time. It’s frustrating because I know that I’m a huge supporter of procrastinators across America but since this new belief came into my life, it’s happening less and less. Other serious times are obviously when close relatives die, and everyone wishes for that “one more day” thing. I am a firsthand experiencer (I don’t think that’s a word) and I know what it feels like to want to talk to that person one more time, or just wish that I would have known that that was the last day and words that would be exchanged. It would have made the conversation completely different. (As it should!) So yes I really feel this topic. I have lots of good feelings about it, and hopefully it will be apparent in my writing.
