Finals
Sun, 04/27/2008 - 14:51 — KelseyAlyseSo is there anyone who is really motivated to study? I kindof am, but I don't have a final until Wednesday. I have two Wednesday, one Thursday, and one Saturday morning. I won't be going home until Sunday. And so because I don't have finals for a couple days, I keep putting off studying and instead doing fun stuff or just chilling. It's kind of nice. My parents are stopping by today to give me some boxes to start packing. Tomorrow for sure I'll start studying.
Comments on the Projects Continued.

Wow, your project looks crazy cool. I like how you have journal and thoughts from both before and after the experience of war. Your writing was really good and I was enjoying listening to you read it. It really sounded like a soldier telling his story. Your powerpoint was fantastic, the pictures you found were perfect. Very, very nice.

Wow, I've never even heard of bisexual polyamorous people before, so your project was very interesting. I like you idea of making it a story, because I love reading and I know I would find it interesting. Your story definitely sounds like it will be a good thing for people to read so that they do not assume and then judge others without knowing what the other person is all about.

My family's Easter traditions
Tue, 03/18/2008 - 14:35 — KelseyAlyseSo for as long as I can remember, my mom's side of the family has celebrated Easter together. My immediate family are Christians, so we would go to church and then for lunch go to my grandparents' house. My two uncles and their families have not always been Christians, some are now, so we would just meet them there. There are four grandchildren, my brother and I and our two girl cousins. My grandma would "hide" eggs all over the yard and we would run around and grab them. We would be color-coordinated and there would be change or candy in the eggs.
A Blog Topic
Tue, 03/18/2008 - 14:25 — KelseyAlyseSo I was thinking, what with Easter this Sunday, if you would like, write about your family's tradition for Easter. Whether you are going home, going to church, having a family get together, looking for eggs, eating chocolate, or doing nothing in particular at all. Have at 'em!
My major
Sat, 03/08/2008 - 16:47 — KelseyAlyseSo I think I will use one of the blog prompts and tell you all about my major.
My major here at Purdue is Speech Pathology, which is speech therapy. I am in the College of Liberal Arts--Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Speech therapy deals with young kids who are having trouble acquiring language skills and also for anyone who has had a traumatic brain injury or stroke that has affected certain areas of the brain that control language processes.
Kiddy Cartoons
Fri, 02/22/2008 - 12:32 — KelseyAlyseSo my roommate and I are watching the little kids channel, a Scooby Doo movie. I did not realize how much I missed Scooby Doo! I babysat for several years for a little boy and he loved Scooby Doo and we watched it a lot, but I haven't watched it since then. Scooby Doo has got to be one of the best kids' shows. I used to watch Magic School Bus, Bill Nye the Science Guy, Arthur, Beast Wars, and Power Rangers. And of course all the old episodes are still the best!
For Melanie and Andrea--my paper
Thu, 02/21/2008 - 22:25 — KelseyAlyseThis is a pretty bad first draft, it's a little crazy, sorry. I was just trying to get my thoughts out and figure out exactly what to write about. So I hope it makes sense. If you have any organization suggestions, they would be appreciated, lol. Oh and my email is kamcdona@purdue.edu

Transportation
Thu, 02/07/2008 - 20:36 — KelseyAlyseI, myself, have been very excited when it has snowed up here at Purdue. I was eager to see the campus bathed in white and to make snow angels and have snowball fights. But from my parents and other adults I know I notice far less enthusiasm. They are concerned about the snow, and don't want much if any. Now, this made me sad, but I had to realize that their situation is totally different from my own. They have cars and jobs that are far away from home which they have to drive their cars to. They dred the slippery slush that clogs the roads and causes accidents.
What do I Believe?
Sat, 01/19/2008 - 22:51 — KelseyAlyseSo my topic is based on something I've been thinking about a lot lately; I believe in counting my blessings.
