1. What work experiences have I had?
a. Systems Analyst at Witham Health Services in Lebanon, Indiana. My manager is Glenn Davis and I have worked there since March 2007. The job requirements were for someone who had healthcare / IT knowledge, can support clinical and business applications, and who can evaluate the business’s needs and develop solutions for those needs.

1. My first actual job experience was in Owen Hall at Purdue University. I didn’t have an exact job title. The type of work I preformed was cleaning and painting the rooms and any other odd jobs that needed to be completed before the students returned to school. My supervisor’s name was Dennis. The only requirements for the job were cleaning and painting skills. My second and current job is coaching basketball at Central Catholic, my former high school in Lafayette. The title of my position is 8th grade girls basketball assistant coach. The dates of employment are November 2007-present.

1. Last summer I worked for F.R. Sheet metal in Gary, IN. Some requirements for that internship were to track submittals, inspect jobsites, and wrote up contract with clients. The summer of 2006, I worked for Burkhart Advertising here in Lafayette. I took this job mainly because my girlfriend was staying here for summer classes and I wanted to live with her. Some responsibilities I had were to assist in building highway billboards, paint some billboards, and input inventory data. In the summer of 2005 I had another internship working for a company called, "Flooring Done Right".

1. My first work experience began in 2001 when I started to babysit. Some may not consider this a job, but I do, especially when I nanny full time for families in the summer. This summer will be my third time nannying. My first office job was in 2003 at Reynolds Farm Equipment. It is a store in my hometown that sells John Deere equipment as well as clothing, toys and parts. For two years I worked there under Brenda Day, answering phones, filing, and serving as cashier. My third job was a six week summer internship with Sallie Mae and that was in 2005.

Work Experience:
1. *Intern at Supervalu distribution centers in Melrose Park, IL. Supervisor was Kevin Durkin head of transportation. Working there in the summers and winters from 05/07 to current. Requirements of the job were to learn and work the t-par desk and answer phones at the desk. Also, I worked on projects for all of the managers to learn a little about what each of them does.
