This week, our group worked to put the finishing touches on our two newsletters. We communicated via email throughout the week. Monday we set up our next meeting with the client, this time with her students. Tuesday we met via instant messenger to prepare for that client meeting the next day. Wednesday Paul met with Deb and her students in the morning while Lauren, Maureen, and I met at Beacon Academy at 2 pm to get information for our articles. We then emailed the finished articles to each other that night. Thursday (today) we met online via instant messenger chat to put the final touches on the documents, fixing any prior mistakes. Paul was then placed in charge of emailing the final documents both to our client and instructor. Our group communicated very effectively and worked well together throughout the project; I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I think we did a really good job!
