This week my group and I designated tasks to make sure all of our assignments got done by the end of the week. Sara took care of the Power Point revisions, Mike and Jon split up the weekly memos, and I communicated with Jane and Julie to make sure everything was running smoothly. Because we have developed an effective system, it was not necessary for us to meet this week. We may have to set a meeting time for next week since the final draft will be due, so I will send out an email early this week to discuss that. The group dynamics are going good as well. Everyone is more than willing to contribute and be open to suggestions. We are waiting for feedback from Jane to see if she liked the changes we made, and after that we can best decide what needs to be adjusted. Things are running smoothly and we predict it will stay this way throughout the remainder of the project!
