This not only makes it look very organized and structured, but it also makes it a heck of a lot easier to read it. If someone read through your summary and thought that they wanted to find out more about one section of your white paper, it would be very easy for them to find it with all of the subtitles. Our group did not break our white paper down as much as you guys did, but I think that yours looks very professional because of that. Good luck on your next project!

I think that the changing nature of email in the workplace was a common choice because a lot of us already relate to the topic. Almost everyone uses email, and if you’re taking this online course you have to. Most of us have also had work experience where email was essential. Because of this, researching email was not only interesting, but it was useful for our own lives and business use. Keep up the good work and good luck on your next project!
