The aspects of the job that seem most important to me are the strong interpersonal skills. From reading your analysis, I have no doubt in my mind that you have these skills. You are obviously able to communicate with your peers well since you have a state title under your belt. One criterion that might be hard to meet would to be able to show a history of success if they mean this in regards to success in the workplace. However, you have shown numerous examples of personal success in your life. I think you would be a great asset to this company.

I like the section that you wrote about the company history. It seems that you did a good amount of research about the company. I think that when you interview for a position with a company it is good to have knowledge of the company and its history. This shows the interviewer that you have taken the time to learn about them and prepare for the interview. It also lets you get to know more about your possible employer so that you can decide if this would be a company you want to work for.
