A possible topic that I'm considering for the white paper is the emerging technology of tissue and organ cloning. This technology could save thousands of lives of those who are on organ donor waiting lists, however, this technology raises ethical questions about its use, and the "playing God" issuse, that has slowed down or stopped similar biotech research.
