White Paper Prososal 43

My idea for the white paper is to discuss the social problem of binge drinking at college campuses around the United States. I feel that there is a huge problem with the social norm today allowing for college kids too much freedom in the transition from high school under the watchful eye of the kid's parent to the binge drinking that takes place on college campuses. There are plenty of numbers showing the number of kids who have died or gone to the hospital because of drinking too much. For possible solutions one could look at foreign cultures as well as foreign laws and regulations.
