I'm sorry I didn't think to create them before (I've been sick this past week or so), but they're there for your use now.

Here is my proposal plan memo rough draft.

Adivisors:
1. More walk in hours
2. Less automated e-mails when they are out of the office
3. E-mails marked urget being sent to the top of thier mailbox
4. Website with general FAQ's about advising appointments, classes etc.- Not just SSINFO
5. Program created to make mid semester meetings mandatory to discuss progress and concerns.

My choice for the project will have to be the lack of communication and consistency at the Emergency Veterinary clinic I worked for. The biggest problem we currently have are the way we process clients and assess patients. We have a varied staff, from registered veterinary technicians that have been out in the field for many years to assistants and receptionists. The gap in communication is due to the lack of knowledge and experience our assistants, receptionists and new Vet Techs with emergency and critical patients.

I think there are several organizations on this campus alone that need help comminicating, but also have experienced lack of communication at my job. Some of these include:

• My sorority
• CSR Advisors
• The Limited, Orland Park, IL
• Purdue Student Government

All of these organizations maybe successful, but they have the chance to do so much more and with good communication they can become very efficient and beneficial to all involved.
