1. Why did you choose this job ad? Do you feel that you are qualified for the position?
I chose this ad because it provides me with an opportunity to work with professional football players on a daily basis, and it sounds really fun. The only qualification is to be a college student, so I am clearly qualified.

2. How long has the ad been posted? If it has been posted for a long period of time, are you sure that the position is still available? How?
It has been posted for about a month. I am sure it is still available because the NFL is very good about keeping their site up to date.

My choice for Bovis Lend Lease is based on their reputation and projects. Bovis has a reputation as one of the world’s top general contractors. I live in the Chicago suburbs and frequently see Bovis Lend Lease projects sprouting up in the city. They have shaped a large portion of Chicago’s skyline. My area of focus is on residential and commercial high rise buildings which are Bovis’ forte.

This ad was chosen for the diversity in work that seems to be a part of the daily requirements. I have a history of employment within billing and medical-related fields. I have had HIPAA training, and I know how to communicate very well vie written and spoken word. This seems like a great starting position for long-term employment in a field where there is only a chance for growth.

I must concur with Scott ~ some very interesting choices

In just skimming through the responses to this assignment, I, too, am impressed with the variety of skills and interests represented here. We have people interested in everything from sales and advertising to building construction to biomedical labs. Good for you! All of you.

I chose this job ad because it has displayed the balance I would like to see between management and advertising. Also just in the ad they seem to very much care about the customers as I plan to do when I go into the profession of my choice. I don't think that i'm qualified for the position yet but by the time I graduate and get that bachelor's in business I feel that I will be.
