I definitely want to include a 'projects' and 'skills' section in my resume.  Is there a neater way of outlining this information that could be more appealing?  I am unsure if my persuasive paragraph in my cover letter flows well when read.  Any suggestions or critiques are appreciated!

Attached are PDF copies of my cover letter draft and resume. They are put together in applying for an HR position with Midwest ISO. I would appreciate everyones comments and suggestions for improving upon the drafts.
